One To One Personal Training

I am a Personal Trainer in London . My sessions usually last up to 45-60 minutes and can range from functional work to heavy weight training depending on what your goal is. All sessions will be held mainly at Yorkys Gym in Tooting, South London

A workout tailored to your personal fitness goal weather it be to loss weight or tone up, the workout will be personalised to what you want to achieve.

 

 

GROUP PERSONAL 
TRAINING
(2-3 PEOPLE)
£50-£60

A group training session with no more than 3 people working as a team doing circuits and superseded exercises to encourage one and other.
